adidas GMR One Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to the GMR Product (including the GMR Jacquard
Tag) originally purchased from adidas or an authorized adidas retailer that
adidas retailer that can be identified by the „ adidas“ trademark, trade
name, or logo affixed to them (referred to as the “Product”).
WARRANTY
adidas AG warrants the Product to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship, when used normally in accordance with adidas’s GMR User
Guide available at the GMR website [www. adidas.com/GMR], for a period
of one year from the date of initial purchase by the original consumer pur-
chaser (“Warranty Period”). adidas is not responsible for damage arising
from failure to follow the instructions, maintenance and care procedures
in the GMR User Guide available at the GMR website [www. adidas.com/
GMR]. This limited warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear
or other causes listed under Warranty Exclusions below.
REMEDY
HOW TO CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to adidas at www. adidas.
com in accordance with this warranty, adidas will replace the Product
with the same Product formed from new and/or previously used parts that
are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Before receiving warranty service, adidas or its agents may require that
you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to
assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow adidas‘s procedures for
obtaining warranty service.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS SUBJECT TO CONSUMER LAW
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE
REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRAN-
TIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ADIDAS DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MER-
CHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRAN-
TIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, ADIDAS
LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURA-
TION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.
