INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE CONTINUED
b.Post-motor filter
1.) Remove the outlet filter grill as shown
2.) Take out the post-motor filter and replace.
Please note:
The post-motor filter will became dusty through use. Over time this will affect the performance of the
filter and vacuum if the filter is not cleaned or replaced. We suggest that the filter be
cleaned/replaced when suction appears to be reduced. To wash the filter, rinse in warm water and
allow to dry for 24 hours by air drying away from naked flames and refit into the vacuum.
Note:
The suction hole must be open and free of any obstructions at all times. Otherwise, the motor will
overheat and may become damaged.
Important:
All filters should be checked regularly for signs of damage, preferably after each cleaning task. The
filters must be replaced immediately if they become damaged. Always disconnect the vacuum from
the electrical outlet when checking the filters.
Replacement Vacuum Bags
The GVC100 replacement vacuum bags can be purchased from the retailer that you bought your
vacuum cleaner from. The bags are in a pack of 5 (GVC100BG).
