Note: Before filling, rinse the cooling circuit with deionized water (remove impurities). Glycol must contain some
type of active corrosion inhibitor. Glycol must comply with the standard corresponding to its application (light
ASTM D3306 type III or heavy ASTM D6210 type III).

Coolant composition is 60% glycol: 40% deionized water (minimum 50% glycol: 50% deionized water to ensure
proper corrosion resistance). Two or more different types of coolant should not be mixed.

To ensure the normal operation of the E-drive system, please ensure that the cooling system meets the above
requirements and the flow requirements of the cooling system.

If the temperature of the system is too high due to the failure of the cooling system, the E-drive system will enter
the derating mode. If the temperature exceeds the limit seriously, the system will automatically shut down.

Note

: If the cooling water pipe needs to be removed during maintenance, it is necessary to confirm that the current

cooling system temperature has dropped to room temperature before operation.
During operation, please pay attention to that removing the pipeline will cause the coolant to gush out. Use an
appropriate container to collect the coolant, and try to avoid direct skin contact with the coolant.

4.4. Other safety precautions:

It is forbidden to handle theVMU, MCU and the motor under power, which will cause damage to the hardware .
When welding on the vehicle, protective measures must be taken on the VMU,MCUand the motor, and avoid burns
to the surrounding wiring harness of them.
It is forbidden to power on directly without pre-charge, which will damage the capacitor of the motor controller.
It is forbidden to open the machine casing, replace parts, modify parts, change the peripheral electrical circuits of the
E-drive system, or use non-original spare parts, etc. without permission and professional training.
