（一）使用说明

(I) Direction for use

、电路通电后，电源灯（黄色）亮，故障灯（红色）亮

断电是故障状态，系统会先进入电机泵油计时）

1. After circuit is switched on, power indicator (yellow) is on, and fault indicator (red) will be on for 2 seconds and then
off. The system automatically enters the state of timing the interval time (if the last power failure is fault state, the system
will first enter the state of timing oil pumping of electric pump).

为最佳。如果您确实需要对时间进行调整，请您一定要在专业人士的指导下进行调整，以免造成系统的损害！

2. After panel of display is uncovered, a row of LD indicators and buttons can be seen. LD1-LD6 are indicators for
motor rotation interval, and respectively indicate 0.5h, 1h, 2hs, 4hs, 8hs, and 16 hs. If LD1 is on, it means that motor
rotates once every two hours; if LD1 and LD2 are simultaneously on, it means that motor rotates once every one and half
an hour; if LD1, LD2 and LD3 are simultaneously on, it means that motor rotates once every three and half an hour. The
rotation interval of motor cover 63 groups of numerical values between 0.5 and 31.5. LD1-LD6 combinations correspond
to the 63 groups of numerical interval values. Interval time is increased or decreased via respectively pressing KEY2

, a numerical value will be increased or decreased for interval time

(one value is 0.5 hour), the corresponding indicator is on, all other indicators are off, and the set motor rotation time is
supported by power off memory function. Because the working time and shutoff time has been set by manufacturer, it is
recommended not to change it at will, and default settings are the best. If time adjustment is deadly needed, make sure to
adjust under the guidance of professional person so as to avoid damage to system!

对润滑系统内的卸压情况进行检测，检测到的润滑系统应该是卸压状态，如果程控系统检测到的润滑系统不在卸
压状况，则电机停止，故障输出，工作指示灯熄灭，故障指示灯亮（红色），蜂鸣器发出

次报警声。

3. When timer counts to the set rotation interval of motor, motor begins to rotate, and working indicator (green) is turned
on at the same time (working indicator is on only when motor rotates). Programmed control system is always able to
detect pressure signal in the lubrication system during the set rotation process of motor, where pressure sensor is closed
once (or more times), it proves that the pressure is enough. If the pressure is enough, normal indicator (green) is turned
on and motor will stop after rotating for a feedback time of system (several seconds), normal indicator and working
indicator are simultaneously off, and then system begins to count the next interval. When interval time is counted to the
fifteenth minute, programmed control system will check pressure relief inside lubrication system; the detected system
should be in the state of pressure relief, however if the lubrication system is not in the state of pressure relief, motor will
stop for fault output, working indicator is off, fault indicator (red) is on and buzzer will give out eight alarm sounds.
