10.2.2.1.2. Installation of phase cables
Step 1: Check the appearance of the phase cable. The surface should be free from damage, no rust on the surface of
the terminal, and no surface corrosion.
Step 2: Remove the cable gland base from the cable line, and then apply a small amount of FN-0088 grease evenly
on the surface of the fixed O-ring.
Step 3: Manually screw the cable gland base on the controller housing, the O-ring not be damaged during the screwing.
Step 4: Use the special tool of gland to tighten the cable gland base to ensure the tightening torque 25 ± 3Nm
Step 5: Take 1 cable, insert the terminal into the controller, and then use a hexwrench to attach a HW-2316
combination screw that fixes the terminal
Step 6: Use a torque wrench to tighten HW-2316 combination screw to ensure a tightening torque of 20Nm
Step 7: Tighten the cable gland and base, tightening torque 12 ± 2Nm
Step 8: Repeat steps 1-7 to complete the installation of the remaining 5 cables.
Step 9: Check whether there is any foreign matter in the cover of the phase end entering the controller;
Step 10: If the cover plate is deformed or the sealing gasket is damaged, a new cover needs to be replaced.
Step 11: Place one phase cover on the controller cover, screw the hexagon flange bolt (part number: HW-3311), and
first tightening the middle two and then diagonal Tighten the remaining hex flange bolts. The torque is 20 ± 2Nm.
Step 12: Repeat step 11 to complete the installation of another phase end cover.
10.2.2.1.3. Steps for removing positive and negative cables: see the diagram (Figure 5)
Step 1: Using a socket wrench, remove the 6 HW-3311 hexagon flange bolts which fixes the DC junction box cover;
Step 2: Check that the surface of the DC junction box cover is not scratched, the seal is not damaged, and not deformed.
Step 3: Using a hexagon wrench, loosen the two HW-2316 combination screws fixed by the positive cable lug;
Step 4: Use the gland special wrench to loosen the gland base, and then remove the positive cable;
Step 5: Remove the negative cable according to steps 3-4.
Step 6: Use the gland special wrench to remove the cable gland base from the controller housing;
Step 7: Make sure no foreign objects or screws should fall into the controller.
Note: Before removing the positive and negative cables, the positive and negative cables must be removed from
PDU first, and cannot be removed in a charged state.
10.2.2.1.4. Steps for replacing and installing positive and negative cables:
Step 1: Check the appearance of the positive and negative cables. The surface should be free from damage, and no
rust or surface corrosion on the terminal surface.
Step 2: Remove the cable gland base from the cable, and then apply a small amount of FN-0088 grease evenly on the
surface of the fixed O-ring.
Step 3: Manually screw the cable gland base into the threaded hole of the controller housing, and check that the O-
ring should not be damaged during the screwing.
Step 4: Use the gland special tool to tighten the cable gland base to ensure the tightening torque 15Nm ± 2Nm
Step 5: Take the positive cable, insert the terminal into the controller, and then use a hexwrench to attach a HW-2316
combination screw that fixes the lug
Step 6: Use a torque wrench to tighten one HW-2136 combination screw to ensure a torque of 10Nm ± 2Nm
