Step 3: Use an external hex wrench to remove the three HW-2227 combination screws of the phase terminal;
Step 4: Use a special tool for removing the phase cable, loosen the phase cable gland and the fixed base, and remove
the phase cable.
Step 5: Use a special tool for removing the phase cable, loosen the connection between the phase cable gland base ,
and remove the phase cable base.
Step 6: Check whether foreign matter has entered the controller cavity when removing the phase cable;
Step 7: Follow steps 3-6 to complete the removal process of 3 phase cables.

10.3.2.1.2. Installation of phase cables

Step 1: Check the appearance of the phase cable. The surface should be free from damage, no rust on the surface of
the lug, and no surface corrosion.
Step 2: Remove the cable fixing base connected to the housing from the cable line, and then apply a small amount of
FN-0088 grease evenly on the surface of the fixed O-ring.
Step 3: Manually screw the cable fixing base into the threaded hole of the controller housing, and check that the O-
ring should not be damaged during the screwing.
Step 4: Use the special tool of Glan head to tighten the cable fixing base to ensure the tightening torque 25 ± 3Nm
Step 5: Take 1 cable, pass through the cable fixing base, insert the lug into the controller, and then use a hexwrench
to attach a HW-2227 combination screw that fixes the lug
Step 6: Use a torque wrench to tighten one HW-2227 flat disc combination screw to ensure a tightening torque of
9Nm
Step 7: Tighten the cable gland and base, tightening torque 12 ± 2Nm
Step 8: Repeat steps 1-7 to complete the installation of the remaining two cables.
Step 9: Check whether any foreign matter in the phase end enters the controller cavity;
Step 10: If the stuffing cap is deformed and the sealing gasket is damaged, replace it with a new stuffing cap.
Step 11: Manually screw the stuffing cover into the threaded hole of the controller casing. During the screwing
process, check that the O-ring should not be damaged.

10.3.2.1.3. Steps for removing positive and negative cables: see the diagram (Figure 1)

Step 1: Use a socket wrench to remove the eight HW-3144 hexagon sleeve flat head cap screws fixed on the DC DC
side cover;
Step 2: Check that the surface of the DC DC side cover is free of scratches, breakage, and deformation;
Step 3: Using a hexwrench, loosen the four HW-2102 combination screws fixed by the positive cable lug;
Step 4: Use the Glan head special wrench to loosen the connection thread between the positive cable gland and the
base, and then remove the positive cable;
Step 5: Remove the negative cable according to steps 3-4.
Step 6: Use the Glan head special wrench to remove the cable fixing base from the controller housing;
Step 7: Check the inside of the controller from the installation position of the DC DC side cover. No foreign objects
or screws should fall into the controller.
Note: Before removing the positive and negative cables, the positive and negative ends of the battery must be
removed first, and they cannot be removed in a charged state.
