CIRCUIT BREAKER REPLACEMENT
Tools needed: Slotted screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, and adjustable wrench
1. Place the freewheel lever in the engaged position.
2. Remove the key from the key switch.
3. Remove battery pack.
4. Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the circuit breaker button cover.
5. Remove the eleven (11) screws that fasten the battery pack together.
6. Disconnect one battery from the battery harness and circuit breaker.
7. Disconnect the opposite battery from the circuit breaker.
8. Install the new circuit breaker onto the battery harness.
9. Reinstall the battery harness onto the battery.
10. Connect the opposite battery harness to the other battery.
11. Reinstall the battery pack halves together.
12. Tighten the circuit breaker button cover.
BATTERY HARNESS FUSE REPLACEMENT
Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench
1. Place the freewheel lever in the engaged position.
2. Remove the key from the key switch.
3. Remove the battery pack.
4. Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the circuit breaker button cover.
5. Remove the eight (11) screws that fasten the battery pack together.
6. Open the battery harness fuse holder.
7. Remove the old fuse from the fuse holder.
8. Install a new fuse into the fuse holder.
Note: Fuse must be replaced with exact type and rating.
9. Reinstall the bottom half of the battery pack onto the top half.
10. Tighten the circuit breaker button cover.
11. Reinstall the battery pack.
CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT
Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver and 3mm Allen wrench

1. Place the freewheel lever in the engaged position
2. Remove the key from the key switch.
3. Remove the seat.
4. Remove the battery pack.
5. Remove the four screws that fasten the controller
cover to the underside of the scooter frame.
6. Unplug the main harness, the front intermediate motor
harness, and the power harness from the controller.
See #1, #2, and #3 on figure 35.
NOTE: Make sure not to mix up the red/black front Figure 35. Controller
intermediate motor harness wires with the red/black power harness wires.
7. Remove the two (2) screws that attach the controller to the frame.
See #4 on figure 35.
8. Install the new controller onto the frame.
9. Plug in the main harness, the front intermediate motor harness, and the power harness into the new controller.
10. Reinstall the controller cover onto the underside of the scooter frame.
11. Reinstall the battery pack.
12. Reinstall the seat.
