tray is the correct label side up and
that it is sitting correctly within the
recessed area of the tray.
Check that you are using a
compatible DVD or CD disc.
The disc may be dirty. Clean the disc
and try again..
Some functions and features do not
work
Not all features and functions are
available on all discs. Please try a
different disc.
The remote control is not working
The batteries may be exhausted.
Replace with new good quality
batteries.
The remote signal may not be
received if there is an obstacle
between the remote control and the
remote sensor on your DVD Player.
Direct sunlight or other bright light
sources shining on the remote sensor
may affect the performance of the
remote control.
Move closer to the DVD player.
