18/10 Cr-Ni Special Features of
Stainless Steel products:
The products you purchased has
been produced using first quality raw
materials at word standards and as a
result of the combination of state-of-
the-art technologies and a particular
labor force. As know, 18/10 Cr-Ni
Stainless Steel is the most common
and most hygienic cooking tool raw
material used in the word. It is
possible to obtain maximum efficiency
if the necessary care is taken during
the time of use.
The necessary points that should
be considered during the time use.
Before use:
You should wash you
new stainless steel cookware with hot
water and detergent either in the dish
washer or hand wash, and dry them
thoroughly.
During cooking:
There must be a
certain adjustment between the base
size of the cookware you use and the
cooker you will put in on. If the size of
the cooker is too small, the cooking
period may get longer. If the cooker is
larger than necessary, the flame that
runs over the edge of the base may
cause darkening on the surfaces.
Furthermore, do not open the lid if not
necessary. Every opening meant loss
of heat and water and that is why you
should add a soup spoon of water.
Please do not forget that the stainless
steel cookwares will have shorter life
if you leave them on the cooker
without water and empty.
The points that should be
observed for maximum flavor
and maximum health:

Juice: The juices of all the food are
very important in addition to their
nourishment value and the vitamins
they contain. Every meal, cooked
without adding extra oil and water is
at maximum level of nourishment
value. Use the juice as s sauce and
pour it over food.
2.
Capacity adjustment: Choose the
suitable cookware for your food, so it
will be cooked properly. The food
placed in the cookware should not
exceed 2/3 of the height of the
cookware.

Cooking time: When you see that
your meal starts to boil, you should
turn down the cooker and not open
the lid, too contain the juices. The
warmth in the cookware is enough
for food too be cooked properly.

Base-cooker adjustment:
The size
of the cooker and size of the base
should match each other. If the
