User Information roof hatch
Check once a year:

Check fastening of screws and bolts and correct any faults.
x
Clean and apply a small amount of Teflon spray on all moving and gliding parts.
x
Clean powder coated surfaces. Treat them with a regular car wax for better results.
Please consult your supplier in case of failure or damage.
Warranty
Should a part of the roof hatch
fail to function in normal use within a period of 10 years from the date of
delivery, the part will be replaced at no charge. No special skills or tools are required to install the parts.
Excluded from warranty are:

Thermal and glass breaks
x
Improper application
x
Damage at the construction site
x
Incorrect installation
x
Damage due to failure to move the position of the latch and hand rail to the exit side

Close fire doors after use and keep closed!

The roof hatch automatically locks in the open position and can be released with one hand.
Fall prevention: keeps cover shut while on the roof. The cover can be opened from the out-
side. When the hatch cover is open, the opening shall be constantly attended by someone.
RHT / RHTG / RHTEP electric operation:
x
Opening and closing the roof hatch in quick succession may trip the thermal fuse.
Wait 15 minutes before operating the roof hatch again.
