Cleaning rotor arm versions
1.
Stop product flow.
2.
As soon as the product stream has completely stopped, stop the motor.
3.
Release the quick release clamps and open the door.
4.
Remove the rotor by slightly turning the rotor and bringing it out a little.
5.
Turn the locking pins of the rotor arm into the free position and move the arm to the rotor.
6.
Clamp the rotor fixed to the arm by rotating clockwise, while the inner ring is held.
7.
Pull the rotor out completely.
8.
Use the locking pins to secure the rotor arm. Then slide the extractor off the magnetic rods and
remove the Fe particles. Remove them with compressed air or a soft cloth. Remember that the
inside of the extractor tube must also be kept clean, in order to prevent the extractor from jamming to
the magnetic bars.
9.
Place the extractor, after cleaning, back on the magnet rotor.
10.
Turn the locking pins of the arm back into the neutral position and move the rotor gently back into the
housing.
11.
Turn the locking pins on the arm, so that the rotor is again released from the support arm and fold it
back again.
12.
Push the rotor further, rotate it slightly to return it to clamp bayonet on the shaft.
13.
Close the door, tighten the quick release clamps again, then start the motor and product stream
respectively.
