Cleaning and storage

Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning it.
~~S
Pull the
plug out of the plug socket before cleaning.
~~S
Ensure that the appliance, the power cable or the plug does not fall into or get into contact
with water or other liquids.
~~S
Clean the appliance immediately after every use in order to prevent germ
formation.
~~S
Risk of cutting! The stirrer blade in the food container is very sharp! Be careful when
removing, inserting or cleaning it.
~~S
Do not use any etching or abrasive detergents for cleaning. They could
damage the surface.
~~S
The stirrer blade and the base unit are not dishwasher-proof!
1.
Ensure that the appliance has been disconnected from the mains.
2.
Remove the lid of the food container.
3.
If you use the strainer basket, remove it from the food container.
4.
Remove the food container from the base unit and pour the foodstuff into a bowl, if ap-plicable.
5.
If you use the stir insert and the blade protection, pull them upwards off the stir blade.
6.
Turn the wing nut at the bottom of the food container counter clockwise and carefully remove the stir blade
from the food container. Only handle the stir blade on the cone.
7.
Clean all used accessories, the food container and the lid with measuring cup with warm, clean water and
some detergent. Rinse all parts under running water.
8.
Clean the base unit with a moist, soft cloth and dry with a soft cloth.
9.
Allow to dry completely before assembling the appliance again and/or storing it in a dry, clean place which
is inaccessible for children.
