Risk of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jewellery, hair, hands and
other body parts away from the device so there is no risk of catching yourself or
anything else in the rotating parts of the device.
■
Always set the rotary switch to the
AUS
(Off) position and always pull the mains plug
out of the socket before removing and/or mounting the blending container.
■
Do not leave the device unattended when it has been activated.
■
During operation, make sure the device has a stable position.
■
The device may not be moved or transported when activated.
■
Do not let the motor run if the device is empty.
■
Make sure that the maximum
fi
lling capacity (mark on the blending container) is not
exceeded!
■
Never
fi
ll the device with boiling hot food or liquids! The content must not be warmer
than 50 °C.
■
Always keep the lid of the blending container closed during preparation. You can
remove the insert in the centre of the lid to add ingredients during operation.
■
Use the device continuously for no more than 1 minute without stopping to prevent it
from overheating. Then, let the device cool off for a short time before using it again.
The device features a safety mechanism. The device cannot be turned if the
blending container has not been properly placed on the motor unit.
1. Place the motor unit (

) on a dry, level and solid base. Press down the suction
feet (

) on the base.
2. Mount the blending container (

) on the motor unit (
4
) as
shown.
3. Tighten the blending container (
2
) by turning it clockwise.
4. If you have not already done so, screw the tap (

) onto the mixing container.
5. Take the lid (

) off of the blending container (
2
).
6. Add the desired ingredients to the blending container (
2
).
7. Close the lid (
1
) again. To do so, place the “catch” on the lid next to the spout (

) .
8. Make sure that the rotary switch (

) is set to the
AUS
(Off) position. Then insert the
mains plug in a properly installed socket that is easily accessible.
