Preparation:
1. Add the coconut

akes and the panko (or white breadcrumbs) to a small bowl in a 1:1
ratio and mix the ingredients.
2. Add the

our to a separate bowl.
3. Separate the yolk from the egg whites and add the egg white to another small bowl.
4. Roll the shrimp in the

rst, then dunk them into the egg white and then roll them
in the coconut breading.

Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and push through the garlic press.
2. Mix garlic, paprika powder, sea salt, rosemary and breadcrumbs together.
3. Separate the yolk from the egg whites and add the egg white to another small bowl.
4. Dip the chicken legs or wings into the egg white and then roll in the breading.
