Fried chicken breast strips
Ingredients:

Preparation:
1. Add
fl
our and panko (or white breadcrumbs) to two separate small bowls.
2. Separate the yolk from the egg whites and add the egg white to another small bowl.
3. Cut the chicken breast

llets into strips of equal size.
4. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
5. Roll the chicken strips in the

our
fi
rst, then dunk them into the egg white and then
roll them in the breading.
Garlic-herb-crusted

Ingredients:
approx. 100 g.

llet
1-2
egg
whites

clove

garlic
approx. 1 TBSP
chopped basil
approx. 1 TSP
paprika powder
to taste
sea salt, pepper
approx. ½ cup
panko or white breadcrumbs for breading
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and push through a garlic press.
2. Mix the garlic, the rest of the seasoning and the panko (or white breadcrumbs) in a
bowl.
3. Separate the yolk from the egg whites and add the egg white to another small bowl.
4. Dip the cod
