Courgette sticks
Ingredients:

our for breading

panko or white breadcrumbs for breading
Preparation:
1. Cut the courgette into small sticks.
2. Whisk the eggs.
3. Add the

our and the panko (or white breadcrumbs) to separate small bowls.
4. Roll the courgette sticks in the
fl
our
fi
rst, then dunk them into the egg and then roll
in the breading.
Apple turnovers
Ingredients:
1-2
apples
1 roll
refrigerated puff pastry
50 g
brown sugar
2 TBSP
fl
our
1-2 TBSP
lemon juice
to taste
cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Peel apples, remove cores and cut into small pieces.
2. Mix apple pieces,
fl
our, sugar and lemon juice and add cinnamon according to taste.
3. Roll out puff pastry and divide into squares of dough, with edges approx. 10 cm long.
4. Spread a tablespoon of the
fi
lling onto each square of dough.
5. Brush the edge of the dough with a bit of water and fold together into triangles. Press
the edge of the dough in tightly.
