Chicken Breast Strips in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:

Chicken
breast

llets

Egg whites
approx. ½ cup
Flour for breadcrumbs
approx. ½ cup
Breadcrumbs
½ tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Pepper
Preparation:
1. Place the egg white,
fl
our and breadcrumbs in three separate small bowls.
2. Chop each of the chicken breast
fi
llets into strips of equal sizes.
3. Season the chicken breast
fi
llet strips with salt and pepper.
4. Roll the chicken breast
fi
llet strips in the
fl
our, then dip them in egg white and roll in
the breadcrumb coating.
Cod Fillet with Garlic Herb Crust
Ingredients:
approx. 100 g
Cod
fi
llet
1 – 2
Egg whites

Garlic
clove
approx. 1 tbsp. Chopped basil
approx. 1 tsp.
Paprika powder
To taste
Sea salt, pepper
approx. ½ cup
Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press.
2. Mix together the garlic, the rest of the herbs and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
