Pieces of Chicken in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
2
chicken thighs or chicken wings
approx. ½ cup
breadcrumbs
1
egg white
2 tbsp.
paprika powder
1
garlic clove
1 tsp.
sea salt
1 tsp.
rosemary
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and squeeze through the garlic press.
2. Mix together the garlic, paprika powder, sea salt, rosemary and breadcrumbs.
3. Separate off the egg white and pour it into a separate bowl.
4. Dip the chicken thighs or chicken wings in the egg white and then roll them in the
breadcrumb coating.
5. Set the cooking temperature to approx. 200°C.
6. Set the timer to approx. 25 minutes.
7. Turn all the pieces of chicken.
8. Set the timer to another 15 minutes.
Chicken Breast Strips in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
2
chicken breast fi llets
1 – 2
egg whites
approx. ½ cup
fl our for breadcrumbs
approx. ½ cup
breadcrumbs
½ tsp.
salt
½ tsp.
pepper
Preparation:
1. Place the egg white, fl our and breadcrumbs in three separate small bowls.
2. Chop each of the chicken breast fi llets into strips of equal sizes.
3. Season the chicken breast fi llet strips with salt and pepper.
4. Roll the chicken breast fi llet strips in the fl our, then dip them in egg white and roll in
the breadcrumb coating.
5. Set the cooking temperature to approx. 200°C.
6. Set the timer to approx. 10 minutes.
