television, reading, etc. These distractions may cause you to lose balance or stray from walking in the centre
of the belt; which may result in serious injury.
Never mount or dismount the treadmill while it is running.
Do not use excessive pressure on console control keys. They are precision set to function properly with little
finger pressure.

power as well. Check with a qualified electrician, if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly
grounded. Do not remove the motor cover except by a qualified electrician.

Do not use the equipment if the plug is damaged or if it is not functioning properly.
Never leave the equipment running when is not being used.
The pulse sensor is not a medical device. Various factors, including your movement, may affect the
accuracy of heart rate readings and it is intended only to determine heart rate trends of the user when
using the equipment.
Unplug the equipment from the power outlet before making any adjustment, changing accessories
or storage.
The room temperature allowed goes from 5°C to 40°C. If the equipment has been exposed to low
temperature, wait until it reaches room temperature before plugging it in and using it. This instruction
is especially important not to damage computer´s display or any other electrical components.
Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way.
Do not use any adapter plugs.
Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
If necessary use an extension cord.
Keep the cord away from hot surfaces.
Do not expose fitness equipment to rain or wet conditions. Water entering electrical equipment will
increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the treadmill.
Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the
risk of electric shock.
