Winding The Bobbin
1. Place the thread on the Thread Stand.
2. Pass the thread through the Guide Loops in the Thread Mast.
3. Pull the thread through the Bobbin Thread Guide at the back of the Quilting Machine.
4. Loop the thread around the Spring Hook and around the Thread Tensioner.
5. Wrap the thread around the Bobbin as shown.
6. Start the Bobbin Winder by pushing the Bobbin Winder Cam into the Bobbin.
Parts & Tools Needed:
Bobbin
Note: When the Bobbin is
full it will automatically stop.

Make sure the
thread is between
the Tensioner Disks
Adjust the
cam so that
the Bobbin
does not
over-fill
Thread
Cutter
The Bobbin Winder runs on a
separate motor from the Quilting
Machine. This allows you to wind
Bobbins with the Quilting Machine
running or stopped, as long as the
power is on.
When the Bobbin is full you can cut
the thread with the Thread Cutter
found next to the Bobbin Stand.
