Setup Software and
Controls
Always follow all the instructions in your system
manuals before and after installing the conversion kit.
See
1. Follow the software update instructions in the
system manual. Update Software if needed.
NOTE:
The automatic system requires software version
1.011.001 or higher.
2. Refer to the appropriate automatic system manual
to properly configure the system on the setup
Convert Back to a Manual System
NOTE:
The converted system can be used in either
manual or automatic mode.
1. Disable the paint trigger and electrostatic inputs
going to the system.
NOTE:
These input signals will cause alarms if they’re
active while converting back to a manual system.
2. Disable Auto on the system screen.
3. Refer to your original system manual for proper
setup and operation.
Label the Cabinet
Apply conversion label (19) to the cabinet.
