Screen
The Status screen displays a summary of the input
signals that are monitored by the system and the
solenoids that drive system activity. The screen is for
information and troubleshooting purposes.
Inputs
Inputs
Inputs
Inputs are signals that the system acts on. When the
status circle next to the input appears yellow, the
sensor is activated.

Stop Air:
Air:
Air: The external pneumatic input that
tells the system to stop.

Stop Digital:
Digital:
Digital: The external electrical input
that tells the system to stop.
• Inlet
Inlet
Inlet Air:
Air:
Air: Indicates the minimum required air
pressure 70 psi (0.5 MPa, 4.8 bar) is detected.
• Shuttle
Shuttle
Shuttle Top:
Top:
Top: The sensor that indicates that the
isolation valve is in the top position.
• Shuttle

Shuttle Bottom:
Bottom:
Bottom: The sensor that indicates that the
isolation valve is in the bottom position.

Gun Flush
Flush
Flush Box:
Box:
Box: The sensor that indicates that the
gun flush box is closed. (The gun flush box is an
accessory that automatically cleans and purges
the system and gun.)
• Fluid
Fluid
Fluid Trigger:
Trigger:
Trigger: An input or output that is used to turn
on fluid to the gun.
Solenoids
Solenoids
Solenoids
Electrical to pneumatic actuators that drive system
activity.
• Shuttle
Shuttle
Shuttle Down:
Down:
Down: Drives the isolation valve down and
open for filling.
• Shuttle
Shuttle
Shuttle Up:
Up:
Up: Drives the isolation valve up and
closed for isolating the charged fluid.
• Shuttle
Shuttle
Shuttle Eject:
Eject:
Eject: From the down position, ejects the
isolation valve up from the seat.

Fluid
Fluid In:
In:
In: Opens the fluid valve near the
pump fluid inlet when it is present.
This fluid valve is present only in systems with color
change. Users must purchase and install a kit that
replaces a spring check valve with a pneumatically
activated fluid inlet valve.
• Pump
Pump
Pump Pressure:
Pressure:
Pressure: Activates the air pressure to the
fluid pump.
• Ground
Ground
Ground Rod:
Rod:
Rod: Activates (raises) the ground rod to
allow the system to build a charge.
• Gun
