Causes of faults and how to repair
The following table helps repair and localise small faults

is in the off position.
Group filter maybe blo-

Empty out the filter
and rinse under wa-
ter to clean. Wipe the
group head with a
cloth. Repack the filter
and do not tamp the
grounds to firmly.
Unit blocked by scale
build up.
Descale the unit
Brewing head is dirty
Clean the brewing
head.
Espresso does not
have any crema.
Coffee is old or dry
Use fresh coffee.
