MAINTENANCE
OPERATIONS TO BE PERFORMED EVERY 1000 CYCLES

The appliance electronic control counts its cycles and operating hours.
Every 1000 cycles (or manually), it indicates the request for maintenance. Proceed as follows as soon as the message is displayed:

Write the number of cycles performed on the maintenance form.

Check the operation of the differential switch by pressing the "test" button (if available).

Clean the inverter cooling fan.
4
Make sure that the floor fastening nuts (if available) are closed.

Check tightness of the electric power connection screws on the heating remote control switch and disconnecting switch.

Disassemble the discharge valve and remove any internal thread. Make sure that water leaking from the drain during the
washing cycle is irrelevant.
7
Check resistors operation and remove any lime scale deposit and threads.
8
Reset the maintenance message following the procedure contained in the annex concerning control.
TRANSMISSION BELT TENSIONING

Proceed as follows
to check the belt tensioning

Apply a force of 60N to the central point between motor and belt (perpendicularly and only to one belt at a time).

Measure the belt displacement.
Note:
correct displacement ranges between 15 and 20 mm. Reduce tension if displacement is <15 mm or increase
tension if displacement is >20.

Use the screw and the motor support adjustment and locking nut to obtain the indicated value.
WARNING!
If the belt is too tight, wear is more likely to occur. On the other hand, if it is too loose, the belt tends
to skid.
Replace the belt if worn.
Contact the Authorised After-Sales Centre for replacement.
Should an
“electric belt tensioning meter”
be available, the reference frequency of the single appliances are indicated in the
following table.
Freestanding machines:
