REPLACING THE DOOR GASKET

To
replace the door gasket
, proceed as follows:
Step
Action
1
Open the door.

Remove the glass of the door with the gasket, pulling the gasket of the door steel frame in the drum direction.

Tear off the gasket from the glass.
4
Insert the new gasket into the glass wider recess, with the edge upwards.

Lubricate the recess of the door gasket with soap and water.

• Run a smooth rope into the recess.
• Wrap the entire edging with the rope and fit it into the door frame.
• Grasp one end of the rope with your hand and press it against the door.
• Pull the other end towards the centre of the glass to properly lay the gasket edging.

Apply some silicone on the frame top and bottom.

Leave the door closed until the silicone is hardened.
TRANSMISSION BELT REPLACEMENT

WARNING!
Make sure the appliance is not connected to the power supply and cannot be accidentally turned on.
WARNING!
To remove belts from the pulley, never use levers, screwdrivers or similar tools.
Belts are accessible from the rear of the appliances.
If belts are too tight or too loose, their life cycle is reduced. Moreover, if they are too loose, they can come out of the seat of the pulley
and cause damage and noise.
WARNING!
Pay attention during the course of operations. A risk of shearing/crushing persists.
To
replace the transmission belt
, proceed as follows:

1
Remove the rear panel of the machine.

Slide out the belt transmission rotating the pulley of the drum by a quarter turn.

Place the new belt on the motor pulley first and then on the pulley of the drum by rotating it slightly. The belt is self-
centring.
