2.13.2 Setting the number of pre feeds (Simple menu)
Set the number of pre feeds to prevent devatons from occurrng when the roll meda s pulled out. Durng
the pre feed, the grt roller leaves traces on the paper. Pre feeds can be repeated after paper exposure tme
has elapsed (see "Settng paper Ready tme"
P.4-8
). Ths functon s avalable when the Intal Feed or f
Partton Pastern are actvated, and can be set under the "normal" menu.
Ths settng s enabled only when the ntal feed settng s “On”, or the partton pastern s “On”.
You can also be set t on the Normal menu.
Operation

Press [PAUSE/MENU] key.
MENU screen s dsplayed.

Press [1] key (MEDIA).
MEDIA SETTING screen s dsplayed.

Press [3] key (PAPER LOAD FUNCTION).
PAPER LOAD FUNCTION settng screen s dsplayed.
Supplement
You can set between 0 and 5.
Cuttng/plottng wll begn mmedately after
the pre feed s complete and data sent
durng paper exposure tme s receved.

Press the POSITION (
) keys to change the current settng.
Supplement
Press the POSITION ( ) (CANCEL) key to
return to the MEDIA SETTING screen wthout
changng any settngs.

Confirm the setting and press the [ENTER] key (SET).
Settng wll be set, and t wll return to MEDIA SETTING screen.

Press [PAUSE/MENU] key.
It wll return to default screen.
