Setting the Cutter Blade Type and Offset [OFFSET]
This setting enables you to select the type of cutter blade (pen, creasing tool) that you plan to use and then
determines the required amount of offset if you selected a cutter blade. Your plotter comes with a preset offset
value for each cutter blade type, and therefore the appropriate offset value is set automatically when you
select a blade name (09U, 15U, etc.). Further
fi
ne adjustment of the offset can also be performed if required.
Offset is the value that is used to compensate for the difference in position between the tip of the cutter blade
mounted in the cutter plunger and the center point of the cutter pen.
