(8) Check the condition of the cut samples.
Blade Length Adjustment
(1) With the plotter in Ready status, press a key from
[F1]
to
[F4]
to select the COND No. for blade length adjustment.
(2) Press the
[TEST] key
to display the cutting test selection screen.

(3) Press the
[F4] key
(BLAD ADJ.). The pen carriage will move to the blade length adjustment position, and the display
will alternate between the following two screens.

(4) After you have fully retracted the blade tip, press the
[ENTER] key
to display the following screen.

(5) Turn the blade length adjustment knob in the clockwise direction to extend the blade tip. Press the
[F4] key
(CHECK)
to display the currently extended length of the blade. Adjust this amount to suit the thickness of the medium.
The blade is extended
The blade is retracted
When the knob is given one full turn, the blade retracts or extends 0.5 mm.
(6) When blade length adjustment has been completed, press the
[ENTER] key
or the
[NEXT] key

If you perform a check with the cutter blade in the extended status, the blade tip may stick in the medium, making it
