Troubleshooting
The printer does not work when the power is on
Symptom
Cause
Solution
Nothing appears on the control panel.
This machine is not being supplied
with power.
This machine is defective.
Verify that the power cable is properly
plugged into the machine.
Verify that the power switch is ON.
The control panel's DATA lamp does

Data is not being properly transmitted. Verify that the interface cable is
properly plugged into the printer.
Data remains in the PC's driver
software.
After deleting the data that remains in
the driver software properties, resend
the data.
The control panel's READY lamp lights
up, but the machine does not operate.
The machine is defective.

When an Error Message is Displayed

Error" is displayed.
The load to cutter unit is large, and

There is something wrong with the cut

Reduce the cut speed and
acceleration.
Reduce the cut pressure.
Something is contacting the tool
carriage.

An external force is added to the tool
carriage during the cut.
Remove whatever is interfering with
the operation, and reconnect the
power.
The material scraps have entered
the moving parts and degraded
performance.
Remove whatever is interfering with
the operation, and reconnect the
power.
