When Operation is Strange

Solution
The DATA lamp does not light or blink
even when data is transmitted.
Data is not being properly transmitted
Verify that the interface cable is
properly plugged in.
Media is bowed.
The media is set at a slant.
Correct the setting of the media.
The media has been set, but even
when the set lever is raise, "Please set
the media !" is displayed.
There is a possibility that something
wrong has occurred in the operation of
the set lever sensor.
Please contact the distributor where
you purchased this product or your
nearest Graphtec vender.
"E05 : RMS sensor error" is displayed. Mark is not printed in black on a white
background, or is faded.
Check the print status of registration
marks.
Media is set in a deviated state and
the mark is out of the search range.
Re-set the media.
(Rather than the above cause) when
this error frequently occurs, the
registration mark sensor failure is
considered.

"E50 : Command error" is displayed.

Check the data.
Cross cut (CROSS CUT) cannot be
done.
The cross cut setting is OFF.
Please turn ON the cross cut setting in
the CUT CONDITION settings.
The separator (weeding) is not
separating.
When the separator (weeding) does
not separate, the cross cut does not
perform.
Perform the separating (wedding)
operation.
The cutting operation is not performed. Cutting data is not contained within the
data.
Verify the data.
A "Jamming" comes up.
The dancer roller has not been set.
Set the dancer roller 1 and 2.
(Rather than the above cause) when
this error frequently occurs, the dancer
roller failure is considered.
