Using the Cross Cutter
This chapter provides how to use the cross Cutter.
The media is cross-cut at the cross Cutter.
When using the cross Cutter, set to “Using the Cross Cut (ON)” in cutting conditions setting.
Refer to “Setting the Cross Cut (CROSS CUT)” described below.
CAUTION
•
The separator (weeding) is required to use the cross Cutter.
•
The cross cut is used to cut the backing sheet of label material that has weeded by the separator. The label material with the backing
sheet or the label that stuck a laminate material may not be cut off completely. At this time, the glue of the label material is attached
to the cutter blade, or some failure may be caused in the cross-cutter part. Please do not cut other than the backing sheet.

When setting to “ON” (used), the winding function is disabled automatically.
The cross-cut media is dropped to the bottom of the machine.
If necessary, please prepare the receiving box such as a paper box, etc.
