4.8.2 Info Panel – Technical Support tab
If technical support from Grass Valley is required
for your IPG-4901, you may be requested to
provide a system snapshot that will help Tech
Support to troubleshoot your card.
1. Click the
Get System Snapshot
button.
2. In the Warning window that appears, click
Yes
to proceed with the snapshot, or
No
to
decline.
3. If you clicked
Yes
, a system snapshot will
be generated and saved on-board the card.
4. Tech Support will advise on what to do
next.
5 GV Node Manager
Because IPG-4901 is a card dedicated to GV Node, it appears in the GV Node Manager, and some aspects of its
operation can be controlled from there.
