Panel Adjustments
Calibration procedures exist for the Main panel lever arms and joystick and
the Menu panel touch screen. It is recommended to run the Menu panel
touch screen calibration procedure given below when the switcher is
installed. If you experience problems with the lever arms or joystick at
installation or during operation, refer to the calibration procedure in
Menu Panel Touch Screen Calibration
Touch Screen Calibration
The Menu panel display is aligned using a software tool provided by the
display manufacturer using standard Windows 2000 procedures.
To calibrate the Menu panel display, press
My Computer\Control Panel\Pointer Devices.
Press the
Calibration
tab and then press the
Calibrate
button. Follow the
instructions displayed on the screen, and when done touch
OK
.
Display Settings
The Windows 2000
Display
settings have been set to factory defaults as fol-
lows:
•
Screen Area
: 800 x 600 pixels
•
Colors
: High Color (16 bit)
•
Display Type
: Default Monitor
Refresh Frequency Adjustment
To adjust the refresh frequency:
1.
Open
My Computer\Control Panel\Display.
2.
Press the
Settings
tab and then press the
Advanced
button.
3.
Press the
Monitor
tab and adjust the frequency rate. Refresh frequency
should be set at 60 Hz or 75 Hz.
