Peripheral Bus II
Up to four PBus devices may be daisy-chained together and assigned to the
same serial port with the current Zodiak software. Each device must have
a unique PBus address (
0–23
). The number of devices connected will be
indicated in the PBus Devices Used data box on the Device Details menu
(
). Once the maximum number of four PBus devices is used, the
PBus selection as a new device will be grayed out.
Refer to
for an example of four PBus devices connected to a
single serial port. Note each PBus device is assigned to the same serial port
with a unique PBus address coordinating to each of the four external
devices.

Once peripheral devices has been defined in the Ports & Devices menu, the
devices can be selected in the PBus & GPI menu to be controlled by an
E-MEM recall or test fired. Refer to the Zodiak User Manual for operation
information.
