In the Physical Serial Port Assignment pane touch the serial port the
editor is connected to on the rear of the Video Processor frame. The
name of the editor should now appear next to the serial port.

Set the Baud Rate and Parity to the same values as the editor if they are
not at the correct values (
).
Touch the
Set Defaults
button to set the default values to
38.4k
Baud and
Odd
parity.
6.
Touch
Done
to exit the menu when the configuration is complete.
The defined editor name and its port assignment should now appear in the
Editor 1 field in the Device List in the Ports & Devices menu.
