We offer a free warranty service only during normal use of the device
We do not accept any liability for damage or injury to you or third parties
caused by incorrect use or connection of the press to your existing air
compressors. We do not accept liability for damage to you or third parties
caused by improper or incorrect or intentional misuse of the press.
The warranty does not cover accessories such as the glass plate, glass insert
or wear and tear of the battery. The warranty does not apply if the damage to
the article is due to forcible use/maintenance.
Spare parts are available at cost price from GRAVEDA® support at
info@graveda.de.
Please pack the device well when sending it in for repair.
Please tell us as exactly as possible which problems you have with your
product so that we can react quickly.
