Instructions for use
Any handling of the machine onto which the chips collector is mounted must only
be carried out under the responsability of an adult. Children should not be
allowed to touch the machine or any of the cables.
Precautions for use
This chapter describes the precautions for use with the chips collector.
Read this chapter carrefully before working with the chips collector.
For safety reasons, the contraindications for using the used machine described
in the machine user manual must be respected.
The chips collector aspires only dry chips.
Goggles, gloves and mask must be worn when emptying the chips collector bag
(label (A9)).
Waste should be disposed of in accordance with local laws and regulations. The
company and its agents disclaim all liability and responsibility for any harm,
damage, contamination or injury caused by inappropriate or unlawful disposal.
Launching the engraving
1.
Switch on the machine.
1b. Switch on the chips collector only if it is driven by the machine.
The chips collector IS does not turn on.
2.
Prepare your engraving work.
2b. Switch on the chips collector only if it is not driven by the machine.
The chips collector IS turns on.
3.
Start the engraving.
The tool holder will move to the first point in the engraving and will begin engraving. In case the chips collector
is driven by the machine, it automatically starts.
WARNING (label (A9))
Goggles, gloves and mask must be worn when
emptying the chips collector bag.
Please note that the properties of the gas filter fitted in
this unit allow it to absorbe a wide range of organic
compounds.
However it is the responsability of the user to ensure it
is suitable for the particular application for which it is
intended.
