8.1.3.2. ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT

The oil should be replaced after approximately 68 hours of use. It is

recommended you maintain an estimate of this by tracking your usage of

the machine.
1. As per normal start-up, ensure the machine is on a flat, dry surface and

follow the previous instructions to start up the machine. Allow the engine to

warm for several minutes before turning off the engine.
2. Remove the Oil filler cap as seen in Pic. 21.

3. Place an oil pan under the engine to catch the oil. Remove the oil drain

plug (as displayed in Pic. 21) to drain the oil fully. A tube or similar device is

recommended to avoid spilling the oil.
4. Check the oil drain plug, gasket, and oil filler cap to ensure each part is

not damaged.
