Press” COST” button to enter electric charge setting, then COST/KWh will blink,
press “SET” button to select location. When you choose 8 and it blinks, press “UP”
button for setting, then press “COST” button for finishing (It will quit automatically
when it isn’t any response after 10 seconds).

Press “SET” button and it will display two parameters in the same time, the specific
display is as following:

SET1:  

The   first   rank   show   the   accumulative   time:   Energy   rank   show   present

power; COST rank show accumulative total electric charge

SET2: 

The first rank show the accumulative time; ENERGY rank show the present

voltage; COST rank show the accumulative total electric quantity KWH

SET3:

  The first rank show accumulative time; ENERGY rank show the present

current; COST rank show unit price of electric charge

SET4:  

The   first   rank   show   accumulative   time;   ENERGY   rank   show   present

frequency; COST rank show the days 

SET5:  

The first rank show the accumulative time; ENERGY rank show present

power factor; COST rank show accumulative CO2 discharge volume.

SET6:  

The   first   rank   show   the   accumulative   time;   ENERGY   rank   show

OVERLOAD setting watts
