Boiler loop pump failure.
Check the control panel. If
circulation has stopped, the
control panel will show "Error:
A,B,C." Call your dealer/installer.
Low heat transfer fluid level
Check the control panel. If
circulation is insufficient due to low
fluid level the control panel will
show "Error: A,B,C." Check the
fluid level and inspect the piping
for leaks. Call you dealer, if
needed. Refill with a mix of boiler
treatment, propylene glycol (if
utilized) and water.
Induction fan blocked or stopped.
Call dealer.
Flue, chimney, or chimney cap
blocked or improperly designed or
installed.
Call your dealer and consult with a
chimney professional for cleaning,
proper design and installation.
Air intakes blocked or air intake
lids not functioning properly.
Call your dealer.
Creosote or Condensation is
Forming
Formation of creosote and
condensation are not typical for
the Frontier Series furnace and is
a sign that the system is not
performing optimally.
Green or wet wood.
If green or wet wood is being
utilized, discontinue and replace
with seasoned wood.
Insufficient Heat Demand.
Low heat demand can prevent the
furnace from reaching optimum
operating temperatures and
warming the chimney. If you are
experiencing insufficient demand,
it may be a sign that you are
loading with too much wood or
that heating season is over.
Tampered Hydronic Conditioning
Manifold™
Confirm that the Hydronic
Conditioning Manifold has not
been altered during installation.
The manifold is designed to
prevent low temperature returns
that cause condensation.
Air intakes blocked or air intake
lids not functioning properly.
Call dealer.
Insufficient draft--refer to the
Chimney section in the manual.
Blockages in the flue or chimney.
Call your dealer and consult with a
chimney professional for cleaning,
proper design and installation.
