Problem
Solution
How to replace the control board?
• Open the lateral covers
according to the instructions
under “Removing the crank
pedal and lateral covers for
repairs”.
• The control board is fixed to
an angle iron at the bottom
of the frame with four Phillips
screws (in front of the tube for
the saddle support). Apply the
following cable connections of
the old board 1:1 to the new
board:
• Lower cable (16)
• Sensor cable (66)
• Power cable (80)
• Connection cable between
controller and eddy current
brake
Computer without power/ computer display
remains black.
• Check the plug-in connection
of the computer cables in the
handlebar.
• Check the plug-in connections
on the control board.
• Have the power adapter
checked by an electrician.
The computer does not show kilometers, speed,
calories, etc.
• Check the magnet on the V-belt
wheel. The magnet must be
located on one of the spokes
and might have fallen off.
• Check the sensor on the frame:
it must be positioned in such a
way, that the magnet intersects
with the sensor while the V-belt
wheel is turning; the distance
between magnet and sensor
should be as small as possible.
• Check if the sensor cable is
correctly connected to the
control board.

Solution
How to replace the drive belt?
Removing the V-belt
• Wedge the drive belt free from
the belt pulley (68) using a
screwdriver.
• To facilitate installing or
removing the drive belt, you may
also attach the spring (70) to the
clamping lever.
Installing a new drive belt:
• Position the V-belt with the
ripped surface facing downward
on the drive wheel (at the
flywheel), and then install it
from the top onto the belt
pulley (68) by turning the pedal
anticlockwise. If the V-belt does
not sit properly on the flywheel
or drive wheel, you may use
a screwdriver to position it
accordingly (use care in order
not to damage the V-belt). The
V-belt must run underneath the
pressure roller!
How to use a crank puller?
• Remove the end cover (55) from
the pedal crank and unscrew the
safety screw (54). Then screw
the puller onto the thread of the
pedal crank, position the pin on
the pedal axis, and then pull off
the crank by screwing the pin
further in.
