8. USING THE COMPUTER
MODE OVERVIEW
Mode
Description
Manual
• In standby mode, press the
START
button.
• Once the countdown has elapsed, the treadmill starts
operating at a speed of 1.0 km/h and an inclination angle of
0%.
• All other indicators start counting upwards.
• Use the
SPEED +
and
SPEED -
buttons to set the speed,
and use the
and
INCLINE -
buttons to adjust the
inclination angle.
Time setting
• When in standby mode, press the
MODE
button to recall the
time setting.
• “15:00
” will be flashing in the
TIME
window.
• Use the

buttons to adjust the time as desired.
• Select a value between 5:00 and 99:00 minutes.
Distance setting
• When in time setting mode, press the
MODE
button to
switch to distance mode.
• “1.0

window.

and
INCLINE -
buttons to set the training distance as desired.
• Select a value between 0.5 and 99.9 km.
Calorie setting
• When in distance setting mode, press the
MODE
button to
switch to calorie mode.
• “50”
will be flashing in the
CAL
window.
• Use the

and
INCLINE -
buttons to enter the target calorie setting.
• Select a value between 10 and 999 calories.
• Once you have completed the settings, press
START
to start.
• The treadmill will start operation after 3 seconds.
• During workout, use the

INCLINE -
buttons to
adjust speed and inclination.
• Press the
STOP
button to stop the treadmill.
8. USING THE COMPUTER
PRE-INSTALLED PROGRAMS
• There are 24 different pre-installed programs from P1 to P24.
• In standby mode, press the
PROGRAM
button. The
SPEED
window will display
P1-P24.
• Select the desired program by repeatedly pressing the
PROGRAM
button. At the
same time, the
TIME
window will be flashing.
• The default time is set to 10:00.
• Press
SPEED+/-
button and/or
/-
button to set up your required exercise
time.
• Press
START
button to start the program you have set.
• Each exercise program (see “Exercise Program Chart”) can be divided into 10
sections. The time for each section equals the total time you have set, divided by 10.
• During the operation of each section, you can press
SPEED
button to adjust speed.
• You can press the
INCLINE
button to adjust the incline.
•
When a program is finished, the system will emit
3 sounds and stop steadily.
USER-DEFINED PROGRAMS
• Apart from the 24 built-in programs, you may also set up 3
user-defined programs:
U1, U2, U3

Setting up user-defined programs:
• Press the
PROGRAM
button, until U1, U2, U3 and
TIME
start flashing. “

data; set the first interval time. Use the

button to complete the settings for the
first interval time. Then enter the second interval time. You can enter a maximum of
10
interval time settings. Data will be stored until you configure the settings the next
time and will not be deleted when switching off the device.

Starting user-defined programs:
• When the device is ready for use, press the
PROGRAM
button until U1, U2, U3 start
flashing. Enter the running time and then press the
START
button to start operation.

Instructions for user-defined programs:
• Every program is divided into 10 time intervals. Adjust the speed and inclination
angle for each interval, and then start operation by pressing the
START
button.
