Structure of wiring diagram
The wiring diagrams are structured to simplify
troubleshooting and service. The different wiring diagrams
are divided into circuits with work lighting separate, heating
and ventilation separate and so forth. This means during
troubleshooting, only the wiring diagram concerning the
circuit in question need be used. Only in a few exceptional
cases will you need to move from one wiring diagram to
another.
If this becomes necessary then there is, around the wiring
diagram, a coordinate frame which will give the correct
location. Vertically this coordinate frame is defined by
letters, horizontally by numbers. In the case where a wire
ends on a certain diagram, there will be a reference square
at the end of the cable giving the coordinates of the
diagram and position where the cable continues on the
next wiring diagram. The coordinate frame can also be
used, for example, to define the location of switches in the
Instruction Manual for the machine.
1.2
Wire numbering
The numbering of the wires will simplify troubleshooting
and service.
The number of the wire is based on which fuse it comes
from. The first two digits indicate which fuse the wire
comes from. If the three final digits are 000, this means
that the wire comes directly from the fuse in question. For
example, wire no. 12 000 means that this wire comes
directly from fuse 12. Each time a wire is broken by a
component the last three digits will change consecutively,
e.g. 12 001, 12 002, 12 003, etc.

Revision state
The revision state is indicated as follows: R1A where ‘1’
indicates design change and ‘A’ indicates implementation
change.
