REQUIRED AIR RATE:
To maximize effectiveness, the AIR PULSE Cleaning Gun requires a constant air
pressure between 80 psi to 90 psi.
Note: Constant air rates vary depending on the size and power of the air
compressor. Always make sure that the tank and the air hoses are free of
impurities of any kind.
MAINTENANCE
a) Following use, submerse cleaning brush set and nozzle into clean water, pull
trigger and run for 20 seconds.
b) Replace damaged parts immediately. The rotate-set, nozzle, hoses, and gaskets
are consumable parts.
c) Always disconnect tool from air supply, when not in use, drain hose of air
pressure, rinse cup with water, and allow to air-dry.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Challenge:
- Tip will not oscillate.
Solution -
Check to ensure air pressure is between 78-90psi.
Challenge:
- Tip moves slowly.
Solution -
Check for dirt build-up and clean if necessary.
Challenge:
- Tip drips liquid
Solution -
Keep liquid valve in the horizontal position when not in use.
Challenge:
- Will not dispense liquid.
Solution -
Check pickup tube for debris and rinse if necessary.
HOW TO USE YOUR AIR PULSE CLEANING GUN
Note:
Always test your cleaning product in an inconspicuous area to ensure
compatibility.
Any Griot’s Garage 22 or 35 ounce bottle can be screwed directly onto the base of
the gun. Simply remove the supply cup from the AIR PULSE Cleaning Gun, remove
sprayer from selected product and turn clockwise into threaded base. Excellent for
use with Interior Cleaner, Interior DetailerCarpet Cleaner, Oil and Greaser Cleaner,
Engine Cleaner, Rubber Cleaner, and other 28-400 threaded bottles.
