SAFETY
Even if this lantern is fitted with a safety micro-switch which automatically disconnects power as
soon as the lamp cover is opened, we strongly suggest to disconnect the lanterns from mains sup-
ply before replacing the lamp.
- This projector has been designed for use in interior. For safety operation, max. ambient tempera-
ture must not exceed 50°C.
- Caution: the surface temperature of the projector can reach 95°C
- Caution: hot lamp; ensure that the lamp is cold before attempting to remove it (about 10 minu-
tes)
- Caution: it is strongly recommended that a safety-chain or wire is attached to this projector and
secured to the main mounting framework, to arrest the fall of the unit in the unlikely event that the
primary mounting arrangement fails.
INSTALLATION
Fitting arms, safety girds and mirrored wheel
1) Fix the arm to the body and fix it with the screws, then connect the supply terminal block of the
arm to the relevant one on the body of the lantern.
2) Position and fix the mirrors safety grids using the 6 screws supplied for each grid;
3) Fix the mirrored wheel to the body of the lantern using the 4 screws with star washers supplied
with;
4) Fix the male terminal block (4 poles + earth) to the female terminal block located inside the
lantern.
