Installing the Grass Collection
Box
Caution: Do not operate the
equipment with the grass col
-
lection box or impact protection
installed incompletely. Risk of
injury!
Assemble grass catchment
basket:
1. Push basket rods (29) into bas
-
ket net (20).
2. Pull plastic loops (28) over bas
-
ket rods.
Fixing the Grass Collection
Box onto the Equipment:
3. Lift up shock protection (22).
4. Hook the grass collection box
(20) into the mounting provided
for this (30) on the rear of the
equipment.
5. Release the impact protection
(22). It holds the grass collec
-
tion box in position.
Grass bag filling indicator
A textile display is attached to
the top of the grass bag (20).
At an empty grass bag inflates
the fill indicator in the operating.
The fill indicator to coincide in
full catcher. In this case, immedi
-
ately empty the grass bag.
In heavily polluted grass bag fab
-
ric the fill indicator can not inflate
himself. The function of the check
indicator is not guaranteed. Imme
-
diately clean the grass bag fabric.
Dismantling/Empty out the
Grass Collection Box:
6. Lift the impact protection (22)
and remove the grass collection
box (20)
7. Empty catchment basket (see
chapter „Disposal / Environmen
-
tal Protection“) and re-install it.
Filling with Engine Oil and
Checking the Oil Level
Place the equipment on a level
base.
1. Unscrew the oil filler cap and
dipstick (19) and pour oil into
the tank. Use brand oil (e.g.
HD SAE 30).
2. To check the oil level, wipe the
dipstick (19) on a clean cloth and
replace it in the tank until it stops.
3. After pulling it out, read off
the oil level on the dip
-
stick. The oil level should
be in the marked area be
-
tween the minimum and
maximum marks.
4. Wipe off any spilt oil and
close the oil filler cap (19).
