Maintenance
• Use a soft, clean cloth and soapy water (use
regular dish soap) to remove grease, dirt, or
oil. Do not use solvents or flammable clean-
ing liquids.
• Lubricate drawer slides as needed with dry
lubricant.
• Lubricate lock annually with graphite.
Removing & Installing Drawers
To remove a drawer:
1. Fully extend drawer and remove contents.
2. Push left locking tabs (see Figure 4) down
and hold, then pull right locking tabs up and
hold.
Note: Each drawer features two guides per
side.
3. Remove drawer from drawer slide, (see
Figure 4).
The drawers can be removed and re-installed if
necessary.

4. To re-install drawer, extend drawer slides out
all the way, insert drawer runners into slides,
and close drawer entirely. Locking tabs will
click in place as drawer is closed, which will
fully attach drawer to slides.

Use the included keys to secure the drawers.
Drawers will only lock when completely closed.

Locking Caster
Two casters can be locked to keep tool cabinet
from moving.
To lock caster, press down on caster lock tab (see
Figure 3). To unlock caster, press down on caster
unlock tab.

2. Attach each caster using (4) M8-1.25 x 12
slot head screws, (4) 8mm flat washers, and
(4) 8mm lock washers (see
Figure 2).
Ensure swivel casters with brake are mount-
ed on the same short side of the cabinet, and
fixed casters are mounted on opposite side,
then return cabinet to upright position.
