17. Attach router plate to router plate hanger (see
Figure 14) with (4) 10-32 x

tighten screws yet.
18. Set router base assembly on cross V-rails, as
shown in
Figure 15.
Tip: Position cross V-rails so router plate can
be accessed from below. This will make the
next step much simpler.
19. Lightly clamp router base assembly to cross
V-rails (see
Figure 15), and adjust router
plate so it is centered between and parallel
with router plate hangers.

21. Install (4) V-rail end caps on 48" rails with

Tip:
We recommend installing tap screws
