The relevant technical documentation according to Annex VII B has been
established and it shall be delivered electronically to the national authorities in
charge upon request.
This partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final
machinery into which it is to be incorporated, has been declared in conformity with
the provisions of the machinery directive.
