END PANEL INSTALLATION
After all end wall framing is installed, locate the end panels
and place one at each end of the assembled frame.
Install End Panels
CC6214 Fabric Clip
Complete these steps:
1. Locate the CC6214 fabric clips and divide the
quantity in half. Use half to secure each end panel to
the end rafter.
2. Spread panel out at one end of frame and center
zippered door in the end wall frame.
3. With assistants positioned inside and outside the assembled frame, carefully lift panel into position and wrap
material around the backside of the end rafter.
4. Continue pulling panel into position until entire panel edge is wrapped over and around the end rafter.
Do not pull
too tight; doing so will stress the zipper.
ATTENTION:
Verify the end panel is in the desired position and lower end is on the ground.
5. Take the CC6214 fabric clips and snap these to the backside of the end rafter. Evenly space the clips at
approximately 24" along the end rafter.
IMPORTANT:
Do not install clips on top of the end rafter. This space is needed to install the poly latch u-channel
used for the cover installation. Attach clips to the back, underside of the rafter. Trim around purlins if desired.
6. Continue adding clips until entire panel is secured to rafter.
7. Test zipper operation. If panel is too tight, zippers will open, but will not close easily.
Do not force zipper!
Loosen
panel as needed so zippers function properly, then continue.
8. Drive a Tek screw through each clip and into the rafter.
Position screws in a location that will not contact
cover material.
9. Carefully remove excess panel material if desired. Allow a few inches to remain beyond fabric clips in case panel
is removed and reinstalled.
10. Repeat steps to install remaining end panel.
11. Continue with next procedure.
